Betha Engineering (SSM 202403281552) respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle personal data submitted through bethaengineering.com, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, company, e-mail, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message.
- Betha AI Assistant: the messages you type into the chat.
- Technical data: your IP address, used only to protect the site against spam and abuse.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals you request, and follow up on your project. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
The AI assistant
The Betha AI Assistant is powered by a third-party AI service (Anthropic). Your chat messages are sent to that service to generate replies. They are not used to identify you, but please don't enter confidential, financial or sensitive personal information in the chat. Replies are general guidance only; final technical advice and quotations always come from Betha's engineers.
If you choose to send your project brief via WhatsApp or e-mail, it is sent from your own app and account.
Storage & retention
Enquiries are delivered to our business e-mail and kept in secure records only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, or as required by law.
Your rights
